1. Who We Are

Data Driven Sports is a digital product operated by Max Modulus, based in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our website at datadrivensports.net(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What We Provide

Data Driven Sports provides a data analytics platform that generates statistical probability estimates for sporting events including football, cricket, Formula 1, tennis, boxing, and horse racing. All outputs are estimates based on mathematical models and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial advice, betting tips, or guarantees of outcome.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

We offer the following subscription tiers, billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy:

• Free: Limited credits, access to Football and Cricket engines only.
• Pro (£19.99/mo): Increased credits, access to Football and Cricket engines.
• Max (£44.99/mo): All sports unlocked including Formula 1, Tennis, Boxing, and Horse Racing. 50 credits per month.

Credits are consumed each time you run a prediction. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used the service during that period. If you have used credits during the 14-day period, we reserve the right to deduct the value of credits used from any refund.

To request a refund, contact us at support@maxmodulus.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits or subscription gates

6. Disclaimer of Liability

All probability outputs produced by Data Driven Sports are statistical estimates only. We accept no responsibility for any financial loss, betting loss, or decisions made based on outputs from the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Max Modulus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
